Unfriendly woman and very noisy could hear everything from upstairs so it wasn’t a remotely relaxing atmosphere. She seemed to spend the majority of her time massaging my left leg which I have no issues with and then the rest was pretty quick. Didn’t ask about any problem areas. Didn’t ask about pressure. Really disappointed as I booked here because it had good reviews

Lovely staff as always. New therapist was really sweet too. Less confident in advising me with my skin and tailoring the facial to my needs than the facialist I have had before, but this is probably just because she was new so I don’t hold it against her! She also did no extraction in the facial - I’d asked for minimal extraction, only where necessary, but she said “I don’t tend to do extraction anyway” which was a shame because normally I leave here feeling fresh/unclogged but I just felt a tiny bit let down this time. The massage was good, but I don’t feel she went as deep as the other masseuse I had before - she used longer strokes more on the surface, despite me asking for firm pressure. It was lovely and relaxing but not quite “deep tissue” as such. Lots of people like this style but it isn’t really my thing. Again though she was really sweet, and despite her slight new-Job nerves she really worked hard to put me at ease, and I’m sure once she settles in more her style will become more cohesive with the salon overall
