I am not happy with the results of my treatment. I did reach out directly via email twice & I have now called. The consultation was in my opinion not thorough, thereby my results were not what I expected. My lashes were not prepared properly, as I removed my own mascara with a cotton pad rather than the therapists cleanse. Lashes are overly curly and I specified my lashes were naturally curly and I wanted lift rather than more curl. Lack of response from the salon has been disappointing.
