Believe me when I tell you that Sam is OBSESSED with hair removal, so she will do the perfect job on whatever part of your body requires it! She's polite and friendly, which instantly puts you at ease, and she's very knowledgeable too (about the types of hair removal and what's good for your skin). She is dedicated to removing ALL the hair and her waxing is quick yet painless.

It was a very relaxing experience. However, I was waiting for 10minutes and nobody mentioned how long it would be.Overall the head massage was relaxing, next time it would be good if it was a little more focused on the pressure points.

Lovely place. Manicure was lovely and the therapist was great but I had a newer therapist for my pedicure and as someone who was very pregnant I found how she was trying to balance my feet uncomfortable and awkward & when i explained she didn't seem to understand.
The owner has since offered me a complementary pedicure after the baby arrives (I didn't even complain) via a follow-up call to say she heard my experience, so I think that shows they really want to look after their customers.
