I had to go back as I wasn’t happy with my nails, I choose a dark colour and they were patchy. I highlighted this to the lady who was removing my gel from my toes and she was unresponsive but the manager stepped in and he handled things professionally, my nails were corrected & I left happy. I didn’t mention at the time but the lady removing my toe gel also broke the skin on my toe and it bled, she didn’t acknowledge this and made no attempt to apologise. As I had already complained about the nail paint quality I didn’t mention the cut but a day later my toe still hurts. It will heal and these things happen but the lady who did my treatment wasn’t very warm or welcoming & was too rough . If I choose to go back to this salon I will request she doesn’t perform my treatment.

The place was nice and clean, but the girl who did my wax did not speak to me at all and she also did not take all hair of as I realised when she left the room. Did not give me a chance to ask her to finish the job properly.
