First wax in a while (lockdown etc) so I was expecting it to hurt but this was next level. Many painful reapplications so I had to ask for breaks, and not 100% of hair was removed. I also had underarm wax, but it was applied way too hot and the next day/s the skin crusted and fell off due to the burn. Crystal was friendly, but I don’t think her methods worked for me personally and she should not have used wax at an unsafe temperature. This was my first ever negative experience at Fab Beaute.
