I had my first ever (!) bikini wax here (Brazilian) and Sam was amazing. So reassuring and supportive, explaining what everything was and made the experience seamless. Won’t hesitate in going back and so glad to have had a good experience as I had been nervous but it was absolutely fine here. Really recommended.
