I don't usually leave negative reviews but if I am being honest I was super disappointed with both my facial and massage here. The salon is cute, but it's all style over substance - I have had much better massages and the facial was rushed and nothingy. We started 20 mins late and still managed to finish 10 mins early - considering what I had paid I was really unimpressed by the entire experience.
