It was my first time in the saloon so I was wary. But I felt comfortable straight away, the waxing was perfect and Crystal is a great professional and wonderful company.
The quality of the products seemed really great, it didn't hurt and my skin was not irritated even though I have sensitive skin and only showered many hours later.
I will definitely become a regular! So happy!

First wax in a while (lockdown etc) so I was expecting it to hurt but this was next level. Many painful reapplications so I had to ask for breaks, and not 100% of hair was removed. I also had underarm wax, but it was applied way too hot and the next day/s the skin crusted and fell off due to the burn.
Crystal was friendly, but I don’t think her methods worked for me personally and she should not have used wax at an unsafe temperature.
This was my first ever negative experience at Fab Beaute.
