Booked a very last minute massage and the experience on arrival was good, but then once finished I looked at the time and it had only been 45 mins, not 55 mins as I had paid for. I made Eve aware of this and at first she said the time was right, then I stated the obvious facts that it wasn’t and she offered to finish it. But after getting dressed I didn’t want that. There was no real apology or resolution. So I won’t be back which is a shame as it’s very local to me

Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Precision Peel Facial Hasna was amazing, the best facial I have had in a long time. My skin feels great and my step mother-in-law (who I had lunch with straight after) told me I had great skin and a young face (I’m 57!)
This was going to be a one-off as a treat but I will be back in the next month!
