Treatments started late which I wouldn’t have minded if my treatment didn’t finish early too. My facial was 10 minutes less than it should have been and unfortunately ended quite abruptly with a knock on the door from another member of staff as I presume the next client had arrived. Eyebrows were great and the facial was relaxing but felt rushed and didn’t notice a huge difference to my skin afterwards. I’ve had this facial before and could see considerable difference previously! It was also very noisy outside the treatment room.

Kirsty did such a fantastic job on my eyelashes. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! They look so cute and natural (exactly what I asked for). Will definitely book with her again.
