Therapist was sick with a cold and on top of sniffing and coughing all through the treatment was also yawning and itching themselves..? throughly grossed out, not someone who should be at work in a small space. Massage was poor. Bathroom was filthy which is always a good indicator of any venue - salon or otherwise. Had a treatment here 2 years ago and it was fine perhaps has changed management.

I go here all the time and it’s usually very good. But today they used me to train a new member of staff without offering any discount or warning me. The experience was terrible. I’m don’t mind at all if someone is training and nervous. But they were really unprofessional - at one point their nose ring fell out on to me. My nails had to be repeated and fixed multiple times. The staff made no apology for it and offered no discount.
