Booked in to have my nails done and found the salon very friendly and efficient. I therefore decided to book in later that week for a back, neck & shoulder massage. Booking online was so easy to do & will definitely go back on a more regular basis.

Salon uses Harley wax not Lycon as (falsely advertised)! Been getting waxed every 5 weeks for yrs. Always book Lycon waxing + happy to pay. This wax felt more painful and wax kept breaking into little bits.
After Therapist threw the waxing packaging in the bin + it caught my eye. It was Harley wa. Raised with manager who shouted Harley was Lycon, said I hadn’t booked a Lycon (I did) then Harley was the best wax. I paid for a particular service + salon happy to defraud. Awaiting resolution!
