I normally find waxing super painful, especially when I've left it a bit long as I had this time. Dunno how Kirsty did it, but it was the least painful wax I've ever had. She was lovely and chatty throughout as well which helped me feel at ease. Thank you, will definitely be back.

I think the treatment had been left on my lashes too long as huge clumps of my lashes started falling out fairly quickly. The remaining ones look like they’ve been singed/ burnt off, so much so that I can’t really put mascara on. I have naturally long lashes so it’s fairly unusual, and definitely not what happened last time I had this treatment done. One eye is much worse than the other.

Excellent treatment - my skin feels and looks thoroughly cleansed immediately after without irritation. Sam was great and lovely - she talked me through the different Elemis products and was careful about requirements for sensitive skin. The shoulder massage whilst the mask was setting was super relaxing. Sam also gave helpful tips about how to look after my skin between treatments. Looking forward to my next!
