Two women did my pedicure (or rather didn’t because I left) the first was pleasant and professional, the second a disaster- rude, loud and ineffectual. I went back to my usual place the next day and had it done properly.

Definitely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. It was essentially a glorified gel polish change with average cuticle work. The details of what the pedicure entailed was extremely misleading. The details stated “like a usual pedicure but with shellac but with clever polish” I have now noticed the details have conveniently changed since I had a word with the manager. Will definitely be taking this up with Treatwell as I still have the screenshot of the original details that was stated when I booked. Quite frankly I was robbed blind. Awful customer service from both the technician and manager. Ended up having to ask for moisturiser to lotion my feet. Awful awful service will never go back there again and will NEVER recommend.not worth £30 at all
