Unfortunately my eyebrows were over threaded and left my right one higher than the left, they then blamed it on how my eyebrows originally looked. I contacted the salon afterwards and explained my problem. I also sent them a picture. I asked for a refund and the manger of the salon who refused to tell me her name hung up the phone as they only wanted to refund half the treatment. It’s sad that customer service is let this small business down as I’ve visited them a few times now.
