Worst hydra facial I have received. Developed an eye infection the next day - now on antibiotics. Solution was directly rubbed into my eyes. Had to ask for cotton pads on two occasions to wipe my eyes due to the burning/stinging caused.
I complained asking for a refund, never came across such poor customer care. The salon tried to argue that I opened my eyes during the facial, which is completely untrue. Unwilling to take blame and made up excuses. I’ve had no apology. Please go elsewhere!

My gel manicure was pretty good. Happy with the results. However, the woman taking the bookings / managing the salon was very unwelcoming and rude. The booking system got my timings wrong (I booked 11am, but the system showed 10:45), so I was greeted with hostility and annoyance even after showing her my booking confirmation). I was also rushed to select a varnish colour (by the manager) and she didn't even look up when she said goodbye. Stressful atmosphere, but happy with my nails though!
