Great team of girls but management really let this salon down. I have been a regular customer & love my manicures with Renai but on two occasions I’ve called to ask to rearrange a pre paid for appointment due to personal emergencies out of my control and management just slap their cancellation policy to get your money, without considering customer value or personal emergencies. Seriously money grabbing & no customer care.
