Cut my toenails way too short. It was a messy pedicure with gel spilling onto my skin. Paid for the £45 1 hour spa pedicure treatment and it felt more like an express. The products used look/ feel cheap. I’ve been here before several times in the past and had good experiences but not since last summer. Disappointed with it this week and won’t be going back.

The beauty room felt cluttered and not clean enough, no chair to pop your clothes on or relaxing music playing. My bikini wax was rushed due to my being a few minutes late - very average wax with hardly any conversation about what I'd like. Best described as a half job sadly as bits were missed. The receptionist barely welcomed me to the salon and instead spoke to the beauty therapist in a different language in front of me - not very welcoming or professional sadly.
