Great eyebrow tint and thread

Crystal was unprofessional, and not trained enough to use hot wax on sensitive areas. I have fine hair & it’s normally never an issue to remove but she struggled & had to use strip wax, which is more rough on the skin. She also asked me to hold a stick in position so she could put on & remove wax, because she was incapable of carrying out the job by herself. At the end she even forgot to put after wax treatment &I had to ask for it myself, at which point she just chucked the bottle at me 😂AVOID
