Would have liked to know that all the equipment used had been sterilized before use. I didn't see her put anything away to be sterilised for the next customer either. I also would have preferred to have the cuticles softened by soaking in warm water as happens in my usual salon before they were trimmed and it softens the hand for the massage balm. Otherwise it was a lovely manicure and my daughter was very pleased with the gel manicure.
