I have been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 18, I am now 28. For ten years I have had no issues until yesterday…
The wax was clearly too hot and the Beautician has burnt the skin around my eyebrows and caused me to have burn marks on both eyes which are extremely painful and I am worried about scarring.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

I paid for BIAB but got shellac instead. I’d appreciate a refund for the extra amount I paid as you do not provide BIAB. I have had BIAB before and what I got was simply gel shellac.
