I went for the first time for henna brows and a lash lift but when I got my brows done it looked exactly the same as they did before, it also says on here it comes with a tidy up but that was not done and so I had to pay extra £10 for the
eyebrow threading overall not the best experience considering it cost me £80 in total

Avoid! I turned up on the wrong day for my appointment but was assured by staff that if I rebooked, I’d be refunded for the original missed appointment. Since then, they’ve declined Treatwell’s request to refund me, knowing I wouldn’t have rebooked and paid twice if that was the only option. I really feel like I’ve been totally swindled here and they haven’t got back to me despite repeated attempts from me. Horrible treatment from the manager but the person who did my treatment was nice. A shame
