I accidentally booked the treatment without adding the removal on too, which was completely a mistake on my part, but they couldn’t fit it in, offer me a refund or even move the appointment to another time. I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I am. I have been a regular here for a long time and will now never return. They don’t care about their customers one bit.

The therapist was good, but I felt that she could communicate more, make me feel more comfortable - it would have been nice to be social, chat, I was worried she may not like her job and was not enjoying so my feet!

Had gel nails done here for a few months. Didn’t realise I needed a break until they removed my gel and my nails were weak. I asked for polish removal , instead of the gel application I had booked, so I could take a break, but the therapist said I would get charged for the gel appointment if I did that so advised me to get the gels. My nails are ruined now as I should have not had them done again. My nails are painful and weak now. They keep splitting and breaking.
