Kirsty was lovely but running really late which meant I lost 15 mins of my facial. Also very different to the one I had with Sam with no use of the machine etc. possibly because it was rushed but a shame as that was the last one before my wedding

Had a gel mani - great selection of colours and V clean but the manicurist was rough with my cuticles and I did bleed - was quite sore for a few days after. Nails chipped quite quickly too so unfortunately won't be returning
