Sorry for TMI but I had a slightly ingrown toenail and I didn't feel like the pedicure woman knew what she was doing - she really wanted to cut it and I had to fight quite hard to get her to leave it. Nails looked great in the end though! Other thing is, they don't have proper pedicure basins so you have to kind of support your legs/feet yourself otherwise they slide everywhere. Hard to describe! But it's not the most relaxing! Threading was perfect.
