The treatment was good and Vem is great. But the salon changed the time of the booking at 11.30 the night before and I didn’t see the notification. when I arrived one of the other ladies was quite rude saying that they couldn’t fit me in now. They quickly did the treatment but it seemed a bit unfair to change it at such short notice.

I had a gel pedi here on the weekend. Lady who did it was very lovely but didn’t do a great job. She cut my big toe with the nail file!!! it’s been sore and bleeding since. Nails haven’t been filed straight and got paint on my toes.
