I've been a regular customer without issues until now.
There was a misunderstanding, and she cut my nails way too short.
Usually, you should trim one nail and ask the client if it's okay. Instead, she trimmed all the nails on my left hand without checking.
There was then no choice but to match the right hand but somehow she still went even shorter on the ring finger.
She also forgot the top layer on my thumb.
