Got a French done on Weds for my wedding on Sat. By Sunday one nail had already chipped. Thank god it didn’t happen one day earlier, during my wedding. Tried to call many times yesterday and popped around on my lunch break hoping they could fix it but they were closed. Now 3 nails are chipped 7 days in and I have no time to come have it fixed. It’s the 2nd time in a short period of time I have issues with this place (1st time was for my hen, another important event) and I won’t be coming back.

My lashes were glued together and the wrong type of lash was used for the extensions. This meant I had sore eyelids/lashes

I booked in for the "g-string" wax which was £35 (the price I pay for a Hollywood at my usual place). I was therefore very disappointed to find out during the wax that, despite calling it a g-string wax, they only do the front half and nothing else. Even when I've had standard bikini waxes in the past they have waxed all areas you would see when wearing a bikini. Suggest they make this clearer when booking. The shaping was also wonky.
