Denise is really friendly and she did a great job. Unfortunately, on two occasions now the salon has had last min bookings, which meant they had to switch therapists to finish the wax. This wasn’t the best experience! It made me feel a little rushed so maybe something to bear in mind with scheduling! Having said that, the staff are lovely :)
