Overall the experience was very pleasant and the owner does an amazing facial massage. My only concern was that perfumed products were used on my rossacea skin which is not reccomended. and also kids a bit making noise

Always a lovely experience. The therapists are really friendly and welcoming, and go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. It was my third time of having my eyebrows threaded with Michelle, and she is fabulous. Creates exactly the shape I want and takes into account if I am having them laminated afterwards. For my lamination, this was my first time with Sam, and she was amazing. Really took her time to create the look I was after and get the tint just right. I love my new brows. Thx

Lovely treatments and good service (I added on the massage last min over the phone and they could fit // add to my session easily). Music turned off halfway through the massage which distracted me. Toilet was out of order which is a shame.
