Karolina has an amazing understanding of customers expectations! She listens carefully and is really involved into customers vision. I was really happy with the effect we achieved. Atmosphere at the salon is really welcoming and warm. I was 15minutes late due to traffic and parking problems but she didn’t make problem out of it and started consultation straight after my arrival. Exceptional professionalism!
