I had a great experience during my first appointment with Karolina who is knowledgeable and efficient. I was pleased that I didn't have to spend the usual over 3 hrs time I was used to in other places. On top, Karolina provided me with photos of my hair before and after the balayage whcj is a nice touch.

It has been the first time for me at Ezmir Jacobs for a short cut and Karolina has been a good surprise for me: professional, talented and a nice person. I'd recommand it to a friend.
