Despite the description saying that this salon uses hot wax for Hollywood treatments, they don’t so the only option is strip wax. The price charged is the same as other, much better salons, in the area that use hot wax for this treatment. The therapist was lovely and very apologetic about the situation but wasn’t able to offer a refund or money off and when you’ve had half your bikini line done the only options are to keep going or leave half finished - neither is ideal! The salon is grubby, particularly the floors and they didn’t have a note of my appointment despite having the Treatwell confirmation. This is not a complaint against the therapist who was lovely and very competent but you’ll definitely have a much better experience and more value for money elsewhere.

Got a gel Mani Pedi done. Firstly the beautician said she couldn't find my nails in the shape I requested because she said that shape is only for acrylic nails.... So I settled for square. Overall the finish was messy ( polish all around the nail and pools of polish at the cuticle as if i did them myself at home) . Toes, same thing. The next time I need my nails done for a special occasion I will pay more at a more reputable salon.

Paid for the pamper package and the back massage involved little pressure despite asking the staff to apply more pressure. It was a joke of a massage. Manicure was standard. Felt like I threw £20 down the drain. Would not recommend or come again.
