I booked the treatment for the same day and they called to say the machine wasn't working. Would not extend the booking to another day, or contact Treatwell to cancel. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience, and I was surprised that they'd not taken the service off the website, as it seemed that the machine had already gone. Wouldn't book with them again.
I phoned the salon the day before my appointment to ask if I could come in early to have my gels taken off, at this point I was not informed this would cost me £15. In my usual salon, I would not be charged a penny to have my gels taken off so I was very disappointed by this, particularly when I wasn't informed about the charge until I arrived at the salon. The service was poor, the beautician filed not only my nails but the skin around them which later bled and was very painful. I would not recommend this salon.

I made a booking for two different treatments. They were only notified about one of them at Ezina. I had to book the massage for another day.
