Arrived and they didn’t know about my appointment, asked me to come back in 30 mins which I was fine doing. Didn’t get the treatment I had asked for (had chosen something without LED, but was left under lights for at least 15 mins). Practitioner was nice and knowledgeable but treatment took place in what can best be described as a storage closest, not ambient and leave my skin feeling clean
