Not the place for eyelash extension! Katie brushed my eyelashes way too hard during removal and I got a cut under my left eye. Emailed and sent a photo and never got a response or even an apology! My eyelids were also constantly hurt by the tweezer during the treatment (not sure if her technique was correct). I have eyelash extensions done regularly for the past 3 years and been to about 5 different salons and never experienced anything like this. The quality of the glue was also poor as the eyelashes were clumping few days after the treatment and I could see the solid whiteish glue on my lashes. Very shocking and disappointing as she mentioned she’s got more than 14 years of experience with eyelash extension. Maybe time to up-skill?
