Really positive experience. Ray was very attentive, careful and gentle with the whole process. She selected the style and length based on her experience which turned out really beautiful. No stinging or discomfort at all which I've experienced from other technicians. Feels really comfortable and looks amazing! Highly recommend 👌 Retention wasn't as good as my past experiences but it could be due to many other factors!
