Its my second visit at the eyelash bar and so far can't complain and it has been pretty good and pleasant with the staff and eyelashes.

Terrible experience with Miya. She ruined my lashes by clumping the individual lashes together and using so much glue. I could see the glue after a couple of hours and then the tightness of them all stuck together became itchy and uncomfortable. I had to go to another lash place, have them removed (took 50 minutes!!) then have a new set put in. Her customer service was unwelcoming and it felt rushed. I never experienced this with Maria. Will not be coming back unfortunately.

Leanne was so welcoming, professional, really took her time to make sure my lashes were well done. She was so good I can't put it in words.
