There were kids running around and disturbing the technicians and eating on the beds. It was so dirty and smelled like food. I understand child care can be difficult but it ruined the whole experience and made me very uncomfortable as my technician had to frequently stop to sort out her kids or discipline them. The place was so untidy. My lashes fell out within a couple of days. I was told my lashes were too fine for classics after installation. If I was told beforehand I would’ve picked hybrid
