I’ve been to the eyelash bar before, and was pleased, but my latest experience was below par. I booked for 10.40, no one showed up until 11.08 and there was no explanation or apology. Technician put all the eye tape on, to find that due to the hot weather the lash glue had dried so she couldn’t do my lashes. She did apologise. I was then called later in the day to come back for an appointment at 2.30. The lashes were done well, so I am pleased about that. Need to work on client care though.

Hi my appointment was at 1:30 and waxing appointment was at 12:00 on last minute when I was physically there on salon I received email without calling or informing me they change my appointment lash lady did my lashes terrible job glued my eyelash together and there are big gaps in lashes and my eyeball was itchy and red for past two days now her tool was not clean and I get allergic reaction dua to poor hygiene and her gluing my eyelash and dropping glue on my skin and wax lady was terrible
