Another technician watched Greta do my lashes. I would've preferred a warning or at least be asked if its OK because it was a shock to hear a voice suddenly in my ear and felt like invasion of privacy. Especially when I cant open my eyes. Unrelaxing

My eyebrows definitely look cleaner and Arta is a clear professional in making the best shape. The only con was that the bleach was a bit strong for me which was a little uncomfortable but hopefully next time they can make the solution milder for me.
