After booking a slot with Alesja, I was messaged and asked to change to her sister and she wasn't actually available. I expected good results but my lashes are terrible, painful and all stuck together! Never again will I return to this salon. Awful

Only the lady who directly dealt with me was nice and did a good service. However, the initial staff I met was dismissive and unhelpful.
