Arja was nice and customer oriented, sadly the young lady who took care of my lashes was disinterested and lacked customer service skills. Her hands smelled of tobacco and she stopped to take a call, before putting it on speakers. I had to ask to stop. The lashes look scarce and uneven - Arja offered to add more but I just wanted to leave. The customer before me left unhappy too.
