I'm no eyelashes expert but I know when my eyelashes look good and on this occasion they don't. It's been 2days and they're already falling out. Very disappointed once again

I told them I’m getting lashes for the first time and don’t want them very bushy, when I saw them I wasn’t very happy and requested to help me out as I could not leave looking like that. Even though my appointment was done within 40 mins instead of 1.5 hours they made a big fuzz about it and started getting irritated. The lady who managed started talking to me rudely and loudly as well. I understand that it must’ve felt awkward to me to get them for the first time but they were rude at the end.
