Communication with staff before appointment was absolutely rubbish, lash expert not available so had to keep changing appointment to suit them even though you’re able to book one for any time.

The lady doing the actual treatment was lovely but there was a manager basically stood over her and she was just plain rude! the lovely lady even apologised to me! I wouldn't go back here just for the manager! she also told me I hadn't booked through treatwell even though I was showing her on my phone I had. I ended up paying her directly so don't think it went via treatwell after all. it was tough to find the place too.

I just moved to the area and needed a new beauty salon to get my eyelashes filled in. I was surprised by the venue, as they didn’t have a separate room for the lash treatment. Furthermore they did not have a real lounger for the treatment but only a normal cosmetic chair. Afterwards I was asked how much I was charged on Treatwell and I was then charged an extra £25 even though I asked for infills not a half set. The lashes are not good quality, as the girl who did them used way too much glue, they are really stiff and not comfortable.
