The therapist did not really speak to me throughout the appointment despite me clearly being uncomfortable. The neck rest on the chair digs in to your neck while is uncomfortable. Extensions took 2 hours not 90min as scheduled which left me running late. I was not informed of this and was unaware it was taking longer because your eyes are closed throughout application. Once in the extensions looked great and lasted 2 weeks.
