No running water, no soaking, only antibac gel - this dried out my skin & creams/ oils left on nail meaning poor end result. Nothing felt properly softened & cuticles etc bled which has never happened before. Skin around fingers sore & cracked after manicure. Colour on swatch was wrong; actual gel much lighter. I checked several times how the colour would come out as bottle, first layer much lighter & was told it would be the colour on swatch, finished product too light. Not great experience.

I hate that I’m writing a bad review because lady was very nice, but that was probably the worst removal I’ve ever had done... No proper equipment, the acetone was only left on my nails for 3-4 mins instead of 10, and my nails were filed so roughly and so short that I now have sores on my fingers. Not a great experience - sorry.
