The venue and treatment room were small but clean. The person who did my wax was very kind, efficient and considerate (making sure the wax wasn't too warm, checking that I wasn't in pain). It's always an awkward experience at first but she put me at my ease and it didn't hurt too much either.
You can tell she is experienced and knowledgeable about her job. The location was very convenient, it'll be my go to place in London from now on.
