I was late to my appointment but was still taken in, the esthetician was very nice and easy to talk to, she even removed some extra hair outside of the zone that I asked for because it would look better, and offered me chocolate at the end!

The application was really rushed even though the appointment was longer than it was meant to be. Unfortunately the nails looked awful, needed a third coat so they look marbled and raggedy round the edges and bits of dust flecks on two. I was really disappointed. The lady was lovely but I won't be going back.
