I had my eyebrows threaded and a Hollywood wax with Louisa and everything was done professionally and the wax didn’t hurt at all. Would recommend

Staff were lovely. Very attentive and tried to meet needs of the client but sadly my lashes started to fall out almost immediately after I had them done. I plan to contact the store to discuss this as I paid a lot of money and I’m not satisfied with the service I have paid for.

Eyecandy very warmly welcomed me in their small and cosy boudoir for eyebrow threading. The staff was kind, smiling, gentle and Asmita took great care in answering my needs. It was painless and quick and she really took the time to explain and to ensure my expectations were met. I could not recommend her more!
As for the price, it could be seen as a little pricey compared to what I am used to but I saw it was quite cheap for London. Also, it is definitely worth the money since you have great customer service and get what you want so there is a real satisfaction from it.

This was my first time at Eye Candy but I will definitely be going back. I have very fine (as in thin, not as in amazing!) lashes and the lower lashes especially can be difficult to 'catch' and dye. But the technician did a brilliant job. She was quick, professional, and very pleasant. I'm very happy with the result.

I had a local meeting. I wanted a perfect manicure no colour. What I received was 100% great manicure, great service, great friendly chat. Everything I hoped for. If you’re travelling book! If you have a spare 30 mins book! Highly recommended you will be pleasantly surprised... like me 😀
